Anushthan a powerful path for spiritual progress
Anushthan has an important place to get spiritual progress in path. Anu signifies firm and Sthan means place. When we perform any religious activities with form conviction then this is an anushthan. But before doing any anushthan be ware to adopt the qualities of the Lord, while cutting yourself  from the worldly affairs. Always try to perform the anusthan in a lonely place. Gayatri Mantra Lekhan Sadhana" (Orderly pursuit of writing Gayatri Mantra) – When Gayatri Mantra lekhan sadhna is performed ie writing of the Gayatri Mantra, then one count of writing is similar to the 10 counts of mantra-japa. Disciplines while writing Gayatri Mantra

What Is Gayatri Chalisa Anusthan
After performing Shat-karma, Ahavan, panchopchar for all 9 days, then all the 12 repetitions of Gayatri Chalisa everyday should be done. After completion of 9 days, it will become 108. You can do this at different times but morning (Brahma Muhurat) is the best time for all types of sadhna. At the end of the Anushthan, you have to do Surya Arghya Daan.

What is Yagya
Yagya word has come from the Sanskrit word YAJ, which means sacrifice. Yagya is a powerful combination of rituals told in Veda and Vedic scriptures. The rituals included in the Yagya are hawan and sacrifice, Japa and recite of a particular quantity of a particular mantra.
