Instant Consultation Booking Policy

📅 What Does “Instant” Consultation Mean?

Instant service is provided with a waiting time of one day. This means the day you book your consultation, the following working day is considered the waiting day, and your session will be scheduled on the day after the next working day from the day service is booked.

⏰ Booking Cut-Off Time

🕒 Book Before 3:00 PM on Any Working Day

If you book your consultation before 3:00 PM on any working day, your session will follow this schedule:

Example: Service booked on Monday before 3:00 PM → Consultation scheduled on Wednesday (between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Tuesday will be the waiting day.

Please note that “instant” does not mean same-day service. It means your session will be scheduled the day after the next working day from the day service is booked.

📩 Confirmation Process

Once your booking is confirmed:

• ✅ You will receive a confirmation email from us.
• 📞 You will also get a phone call to confirm the session timing.

📌 Special Note for Weekend Bookings

If you book on a Friday, your consultation will be scheduled for Tuesday, as we operate on a 5-day working schedule (Monday to Friday).
