Natural Aragonite is a calcium carbonate mineral with the formula CaCO₃ and an orthorhombic crystal structure. It occurs in colorless, white, yellow, brown, violet and other shades and is valued for mineral specimens, beads, carvings, cabochons and decorative gemstone collections.
